Over the past months, the market environment has changed significantly for many businesses in the South West. The impact of Covid19, leaving the EU and the increased reliance on digital technologies has affected business resources, revenue streams and margin.
This interactive workshop is designed to assist in overcoming short-term issues and build long term, sustainable businesses. We will apply established academic concepts and research techniques and will provide useful suggestions to enhance your current marketing activity.
Throughout the session we will suggest practical ‘hints and tips’ that could be easily applied with little or no cost. For example, we’ll discuss ways to find out more about your audiences and competitors – combining traditional research methods such as surveys and focus groups with more modern methods such ‘sentiment’ analysis and social CRM.
We’ll consider how consumer behaviour has changed over the past 18 months and will discuss how you reach and build relationships with your audiences in a structured, productive and cost-effective manner.
In addition to this, we’ll explore ways of gaining detailed insight on your competitors using a variety of techniques and digital platforms, and how such insight can impact your marketing activity and growth.
During this session, we’ll reflect on the value of integrated marketing (IMC) and will discuss ways in which online and offline activity can work better to drive growth, without the need for huge investment. We’ll also highlight a few widely available, suitable tools and techniques, such as the marketing planning frameworks, content marketing, CRM analytics and dashboards.
Throughout the session, you’ll have lots of opportunities to ask questions relating to your circumstances to help you take full advantage.
