Collaboration can enhance your business, fuelling ideas and finding new pathways can aid in getting a new innovation or service to market. Academic collaboration is increasing within the region with universities and colleges opening their doors to the research and skills contained within. Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, student internships, and collaboration with academics are potential ways for you to get involved within your local academic institution. This event aims to highlight the ways in which academia can be utilised by businesses across the region. Talks by the academic institutions and Dr Andy Treen, the Knowledge Transfer Advisor for Cornwall will highlight the ways in which you can get involved. With a chance to network with like-minded colleagues and ask questions from relevant people within the institutions this event promises to help navigate new ways to collaborate to enhance your businesses innovation.
